David Johnston MP invites students to visit parliament

Sutton Courteney CofE in Abingdon, Oxford took part in a Digital Surgery with local MP David Johnston on 1 April 2021.

At the end of the surgery, David invited the Year 5 and 6 students to visit parliament.

“Really good to meet you all and hopefully when we get through this period that' we’re in and you guys can come down for a tour of parliament and I can meet you there and you can see the office”

The school has been in touch with David and the visit should take place after September, once COVID restrictions have been relaxed.
